Commercial and Creative Director with over twenty years of experience in the field of visual effects and new technologies in film and commercial production.
Max's first big break as a filmmaker was at Lucas Film's Industrial Light + Magic, working for directors such as Steven Spielberg, Ang Lee, Clint Eastwood, George Lucas and Michelangelo Antonioni.
As a visual effects artist, Max's role involved both the creative look development as well as the technical setup of complex film sequences for a number of high profile Hollywood productions such as Star Wars Episode I, Pearl Harbor, and Minority Report eventually being recognized with his work being published in American Cinematographer magazine.
Moving forward, Max transitioned to a more expansive creative role directing commercials globally, working with high profile international clients such as Nestlé, Hyundai, Bulgari, Volkswagen and Fox Sports. Amongst his many accolades some include a Cannes Lion, an Art Director's Club Italy and a Future Film Festival Award.
At Luno Studios, Max oversees for our company's creative and technical vision, as well as execution from pre-production down to the final pixel.

As a Visual Effects Producer with over 20+ years of experience, Amber still considers herself lucky to have worked with Hollywood legends Steven Spielberg, Steven Soderbergh and Quentin Tarantino.
After getting her first break at Lucasfilm's Industrial Light and Magic in Marin County California, Amber has contributed to a long string of blockbuster hits such as Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, War of the Worlds, and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
A career highpoint was when two of her shows, Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Men’s Chest and At World's End, both earned recognition in the Academy Awards for Best Visual Effects.
Changing gears, the quest for new challenges led Amber to work for Tarantino at Troublemaker Studios on Grindhouse, Death Proof, as well as other multiple short films.
Amber has produced VFX for Disney, Dreamworks, Legendary, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros, and Netflix, signing on to a series of big budget films that included Die Hard, Warcraft, Kong: Skull Island, Wonder Woman and Jungle Cruise. Residing in both the US and Italy, Amber is one of our key players in finding new work and liaising with the studios.

HEAD OF VISUAL EFFECTS
Emmy award winning Visual Effects Supervisor / Executive Producer with over 30 years of experience in the world of film and Visual Effects. Craig's lengthy filmography includes blockbusters The X-Men: Last Stand, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, The Wolverine and The Dark Knight, as well as independent projects Good Kill and Anon.
Starting originally as an artist at George Lucas' Industrial Light and Magic, Craig worked his way up through the ranks eventually serving as a Visual Effects Supervisor at London's Framestore.
Moving over the the studio side, Craig's experience with Warner Brothers, Universal and 20th Century Fox and his long association with the director Andrew Niccol (Gattaca, The Truman Show, Lord of War), allowed him to deepen the creative, technical and fiscal aspects behind the realization of a movie.
From first concept to final delivery, Craig's been involved in script development, budgeting, on set VFX supervision and post production for scores of shows. Craig collaborates with Luno partner Max to offer the creative and technical vision of visual effects, into the emerging field of virtual production.

With several decades of high level experience in finance, manufacturing and management of complex industrial projects, Francesco has led multiple companies through start-up, market entry, growth and turnaround phases.
Francesco worked at both McKinsey Milan and Citigroup London, before taking the role of General Manager of Asia for Marazzi Group, a global leader in the building products sector. Transitioning into the Naval Engineering and Strategic Defense Industries, Francesco became CEO of Fincantieri Marine Group, the US subsidiary of Fincantieri. During his tenure, he transformed Fincantieri into a major American industrial contractor with both federal and civilian clients.
Since mid-2019 Francesco has been leading Beretta USA's American operations. He holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from La Sapienza and an MBA from the prestigious Wharton School of Business. Drawing on years of management experience, he maps our strategy and keeps the team on track during our start-up and operational phases, all the while focusing on results and sustainable financial processes.

His deep expertise in product led growth and AI gives him the ideal background to offer Luno Studios guidance and strategic advice in the world of technology based entertainment. Currently the CMO of Amagi, an Accel unicorn serving the media industry. Top 1% in his Engineering class and the recipient of multiple academic awards for his work in AI, including a Fulbright, Marco started his career as a developer at IBM. Top 10% in his Wharton MBA class, he spent time in strategy consulting at Bain and McKinsey before returning to high-tech with product, marketing, and P&L roles at Microsoft. Marco was recognized as HiPo both at Microsoft and Cisco for leading their shift to a cloud model and acquired at scale expertise in product-led growth (PLG), challenger sale model, and direct GTM. An entrepreneur at heart, driven and nimble, Marco took part in Atlassian's 2015 IPO and then joined Evernote as part of the turnaround team that saved the company from bankruptcy. In his free time, Marco enjoys strategy games, soccer, paintball, and reading about history.
